We
have the following expectations for this highly valued role:

Design, develop, deliver, and
oversee test plans, procedures, and schedules

·
Verify and validate designs
and qualify manufacturing processes for products

·
Analyze test results, identify
high-risk areas, and author design verification test reports

·
Collaborate with the team to
monitor defects, resolve issues, and improve unit test results by 50%

·
Provide training and ongoing
support to production test technicians throughout the year

·
Monitor progress against key
metrics and adjust processes as necessary

·
Participate in weekly risk
analysis to help determine the correct priority order for test execution

·
Ensure a focus on continuous
improvement

·
Strive for superior products
measured by unit tests, integration tests, and on-schedule delivery

·
Collaborate, troubleshoot, and
address bugs within 10 business days of identification

·
Provide updates on opportunities
and threats that can help drive the overall company strategy

·
Work cross-functionally to
communicate challenges, build trust, and produce solutions

·
Adopt a metrics-driven but
collaborative approach that prioritizes meeting strategic goals

Do you have what it
takes?

You
must have at least four years of relevant experience with bachelor's degree (master's
preferred) in electrical engineering.

Additional requirements
include:

·
Strong electrical engineering
fundamentals

·
Knowledge of Visual Basic or
C/C++

·
Strong design and/or test
skills

·
Technical problem-solving
skills

·
Interpersonal and leadership
skills

·
Verbal and written
communication skills

·
Hands-on experience in the
development of high-volume consumer electronic product is desired

·
Exhibit ownership of multiple
sub-systems or a complete simple product

·
Demonstrate specific re-work
skills

·
Able to perform wire wrapping
and soldering of 0402 SMDs
