  • BS in Accounting required, Masters in Taxation or LLM is a plus
  • CPA required
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in public accounting or corporate/public blend
  • Successful engagement and client management skills
  • Provide individual tax compliance services for our High Net Worth clients
  • Anticipating and addressing client concerns and resolving problems as they arise.
  • Experience with growing client relationships and managing existing client relationships.
  • Possess effective writing, communication and tax research skills
  • Strong leadership and mentorship experience

Job Summary

As a Tax Manager, you will provide tax consulting and supervisory services to a diverse client base, and will supervise the preparation and review of complex returns for businesses and individuals.? You will work on domestic and international tax planning and compliance and M&A works for global entrepreneurs, investors,? and multinational?business enterprises.? Industries include technology, real estate, blockchain, e-sports gaming, investment funds, real estate and distribution.? All clients have both domestic and international tax planning needs. As a specialist in your role, you will be able to grow your domestic and international tax planning skills and will work with experienced professionals in the U.S. and abroad.? The San Francisco team has a long standing reputation of excellence serving multinational clients in the US, Asia and Europe.? Members of the team are frequent speakers at tax forums in the US and abroad and contributors to articles in the international arena.?
