Description Our client is a crypto currency focused venture capital company that has grown tremendously in the few years since its inception.They are looking for an experienced Fund Accountant (in-house fund accounting or fund administration) to join the team.Responsibilities include· Manage daily transactions and portfolio performance metrics· Assist with monthly NAV process· Assist with quarterly valuation meetings · Coordinate financial requests with Portfolio Companies to assist with fair value· Perform compliance review of finance policy & procedures· Contribute to investor relations communications· Assist with annual audit process and fund's financial statements· Contribute to regulatory filings or audits (SEC, CFTC or IRS/FTB, etc.) Requirements Key Requirements· 3-5 years of fund accounting experience (will NOT take straight public)· Strong present; friendly, ambitious, go-getter attitude· Comfort in a startup environment· Experience managing third-party administratorsFor faster consideration, please view my Linkedin under Charles O'Brien and email me your resume.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
