Designed by internationally recognized L. Murray Dixon, one of the most prominent and prolific Art Deco architects, Dixon (1). The Temple House has served a pivotal role in events and productions for locals and celebrities and has been seen over 800 million times in various films, photo and video productions.It has received international coverage including The New York Times, HGTV, The Sunday Times in Europe, VIP Guide, CBS, Christies Great Estates, Luxury Real Estate and International Herald Tribune. The Digital Marketing Assistant Role will involve working on further developing our current overarching digital strategy for The Temple House, collaborating directly with our Director of Communications, Director of Sales, and Director of Operations to create innovative ways to showcase the venue digitally. SAO - Serious Art Only-
Serious Art Only is our most recent project/baby. We are entering the expansive and exciting Art NFT space in a long lasting, smart and valuable way. A curated, highly selective digital gallery, exclusively showcasing NFTs by world renowned artists. We will inform you of the details of the platform during the interview process. Our CEO, Creative Director, and Director of Communications has been preparing diligently for launch- this is where (you) a skilled and focused Full Stack Digital Marketing Manager comes into play! Developing and executing and maintaining the digital strategy for SAO will be your main focus as the Digital Marketing Manager.
SCOPE OF WORK: FIRST 3 MONTHS
During your first three months, you will be warmly welcomed by the existing TTH & SAO team members and brought into the fold on our projects. The Digital Marketing Manager will be tasked with developing a cohesive and adaptive full stack digital marketing plan for our brand, Serious Art Only (we will introduce you further to the brand upon interview).
Your scope of work will include, but is not limited to - the construction of a cohesive digital marketing strategy & tactics, search engine optimization, pay per click advertising, email marketing, social media, UI/UX, content editing etc. You will work in conjunction with the Director of Communications on crafting targeted outreach plans and timely content through deep research on social trends, industry articles and more.
Digital Marketing Job Responsibilities:
Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Stays up to date with current social media trends, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
Informs the internal team on significant digital progressions/changes/trends in the marketplace
Serious Art Only mass talent searches and outreach to artists/Gallerists/art collectors through use of demographic/psychographic research
Developing targeted campaigns in collaboration with the Director of Communications for our various stakeholders associated with TTH & SAO
Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborates with TTH/SAO team to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
Collaborates with the internal team, agencies, galleries, artists and other vendor partners.
Evaluates emerging technologies.
Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption and strategy where appropriate.
Digital Marketing Qualifications / Skills:
Existing knowledge of blockchain technologies and eager learn about the developing NFT industry
Feels comfortable with a fast paced and creative work environment
Can balance multiple deadlines/ projects simultaneously
Likes a small team work environment
Out of the box thinker
Self-motivated yet customer-focused
Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in digital marketing or a related field
Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the art/design/tech industries
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
Working knowledge of ad serving tools
Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns on all major search engines
