Your Role and Responsibilities.Lead discussions with clients from executive to C-level, including a proven ability to define and shape winning Hybrid Cloud solutions for clients.Become a trusted advisor to our clients and help them connect their business strategies to their cloud strategies, and understand best practices.Understand the client's strategic needs, short and long-term business objectives and then articulate and formulate proposals and statements of work which are aligned.Establish client value propositions that tie key strategic, financial, and operational metrics directly to near and long-term business improvement.Demonstrate thought leadership, as well as sales and delivery leadership in the Financial Services Market/Automotive/Manufacturing markets..The Associate Partner drives signings and revenue to meet targets across all Cloud and Cognitive technologies and helps organize project approaches and teams for client delivery..The Associate Partner will be a role model for practitioners in the IBM Expert Labs organization. Abilities & Skills.Has Credibility in client industry. Ideally has external eminence in their field..Demonstrate credentials in IBM Technology, industry experience, and also represent overall IBM Expert Labs capabilities.Is a recognized thought leader, utilizing conferences, white papers, client presentations to build awareness of IBM credentials.Ability to analyze client environments to develop an opportunity pipeline with the Client account team or CSM.Ability to driving signings, revenue, and maintaining gross profit on contracts- orchestrating all parts of Expert Labs to accelerate and expand in the account.Ability to manage a sales cadence with client and account teams.Ability to build and deliver on account plans for their accounts Required Technical and Professional Expertise.Build strong client relationships in key identified accounts to help progress Expert Labs engagement (driving backlog and new signings).Development of client presentations and statements of work with solution design teams.Provide leadership by facilitating the sharing and exchange of ideas for account growth and improvement.Help organize project approaches and teams for client delivery.Participate in project delivery, to varying degrees depending on project complexity.Help resolve project issues as they arise, engaging PMO, CSM teams as needed Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise OKRs.Revenue growth.Expansion of Expert Labs footprint at client across all brands and services offerings.Client success.NPS.Utilization (partial) About Business UnitIBM's Cloud and Cognitive software business is committed to bringing the power of IBM's Cloud and Watson/AI technologies to life for our clients and ecosystem partners around the world.
