Leadership, management, and development of multiple project managers and assistant project managers.Assist in the development of overall EPC strategy and lead implementationManage subcontractor partner relationships, selections, contracting, and managementAccountable for oversight of engineering and construction partners from project kickoff to final handover to operationsCollaborate with procurement manager to ensure owner supplied equipment timelines supports overall project scheduleSenior leadership of project implementation teamsSupport the creation of standardized project management tools and processesResponsible for all documentation during the project, including complete project archiving and lesson learned and CAPA implementation.Liaison with department and company leadership to report projects progress Accountable for safety coordination during all phases and HSE analyses. Communicate and coordinate with cross functional teams for effective execution.Identify, initiate, and implement improvement activities.Qualifications:10+ years of project and program management experience in a leadership role Bachelor's in engineering, construction management or similar preferredStrong leadership and execution skills; Project Management expertise; Coaching and personnel development experience; Ability to be decisive in uncertain situationsTravel 30-50%
