What You'll DoThe focus of this role is to help lead and steward our CSR and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) metrics, reporting and strategy, for Cisco Corporate Affairs. The purpose of this role is to:* Spearhead our ESG reporting* Help steward and execute on our annual CSR /ESG Impact reporting* Align and monitor specific ESG standards, regulations, and frameworks* Assure data and metrics* Understand best practices and market trends on ESG reporting, regulations, and ESG strategy* Conduct benchmarking* Help coordinate our ESG strategy efforts and goal setting across multiple business functions throughout Cisco.Who You AreRequirements:* ESG reporting and metrics expertise and experience* Expertise in market trends, research, and benchmarking analysis* CSR and ESG strategy expertise and experience* Metrics creation expertise* Business understanding- ability to translate data and insights into meaning and recommendations based on the context and strategy of the business* Strong communication skills for sharing research insights, recommendations, and stewarding large groups of diverse partners* Ability to work with multiple partners, gather different points of view, and create recommended approachesWe Are Cisco#WeAreCisco, where each person is unique, but we bring our talents to work as a team and make a difference.
