The Enterprise Architect (EA) will report directly to the EVP, Chief Information Officer. The EA will be an integral part of the IT team focused on business architecture models that will support the organization?s strategies. This role will serve to critically review IT processes and make suggestions to improve. The EA will also serve as an advisor to management on IT security, current financial technology and best practices in system optimization to include on premise and cloud solutions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES General + Evaluating internal functions, business development strategies, and IT processes and suggesting improvements + Extensive knowledge implementing and optimizing cloud computing platforms, like Microsoft Azure + Apply technical knowledge and insights to Architect, Design, Implement and Support cloud infrastructure + Collaborate with software developers to implement an end-to-end Enterprise Solution on the Azure Cloud platform + Creating business architecture models to reflect the organization's strategies and goals and creating and implementing business visions and goals + Suggesting ideas to reduce costs in IT and business leadership + Providing business architecture and systems processing guidance + Ensuring the efficiency, security, and support of the organization's infrastructure + Creating methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata management, and change control + Determining and implementing build versus buy strategies, mentor personnel, and views of the overall business strategy + Maintain current knowledge of all federal and state laws and regulations, along with the Company?s policies and procedures + Not to harm consumers with any act that could be misleading, unfair, deceptive, or abusive in act or practice + Must adhere to the company?s core values of Challenge Convention, Do What?s Right, Take Ownership, Empower People, Exceed Expectations, and Cultivate Awesome all while keeping our ?Why?? front of mind. Job Dimensions + Deep understanding of cloud computing and specifically Microsoft Azure. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES + Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent work experience + Maintain industry standard IT security knowledge such as CISSP and/or CISA and/or CISM + 10-15 years of ever-increasing responsibility in IT + 3-5 years focus on IT architecture, cloud computing, and systems optimization. + Strong understanding and hands on experience with cloud security and networking. + Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure platform such as Azure Data Factory/Storage Accounts/Azure Web Apps/Azure SQL DB/Key Vault and other azure services + Development of Azure automate for business processes + Candidate would have implemented Hybrid cloud architecture and have Hands-on experience with the management of Azure virtual networks, traffic management, workload implementation, and monitoring + Experienced with containerization tool and orchestration platform Docker and Kubernetes + Candidate is familiar with different storage mechanisms. Familiar with Kubernetes, Containers and Microservices + Candidate must have expert knowledge of Authentication and authorization mechanisms in Azure + Data processing methods and procedures, and computer software systems + Business principles and techniques of administration, organization, and management to include and in-depth understanding of the key business issues that exist in the banking industry. These include, but are not limited to, knowledge of strategic and operational planning, personnel administration, federal, state, and local laws, financial and cost analysis + Equipment and software characteristics of various computer systems and a good understanding of system features and integration capabilities + Systems design and development process, including requirements analysis, testing, installation, evaluation, and operational management Preferred Qualifications + Azure certifications : AZ-900, AZ-203, AZ-500. AZ-301 preferred + Security certifications: Sec+ + Network certifications: CCNA + Vendors: Cisco, Palo Alto, Nutanix, Microsoft + Solutions: Virtual private network (VPN), High availability (HA), Virtualization, Open shortest Path first (OSPF) + Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP) BANK SECRECY ACT REQUIREMENTS Responsible for adhering to the reporting and recordkeeping requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering rules and regulations, observing economic sanctions by prohibiting transactions as specified by the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC), following the Company?s customer identification program (CIP) rules, observing all Company policies and procedures relating to BSA, OFAC, CIP, and related acts, and participation in ongoing related training.
