The Client Our client is a leading cannabis blockchain-based Internet of Things (IoT) platform to increase trust and transparency for consumers and brands. As they are growing, they are in need of an entrepreneurial spirited and detail-oriented Director of Operations and Client Onboarding to come in and on board the brands to their platform. The Role Yoursquoll need to be a rock-star Ops Manager whorsquos passionate about supply chain, client success, deadlines, and deliverables. Yoursquoll be joining a small, passionate and experienced team driven to provide an experience. As a small team, you'll have ample opportunity to drive real impact. This isnrsquot a role for a passenger, but a challenging and rewarding position for a high-potential candidate looking to make a difference! What yoursquoll do Work directly with world-leading Cannabis brands supply chain teams to deliver the Company trust and transparency platform Seamlessly coordinate customers, internal and external teams, to drive successful outcomes Champion attention to detail across our project management office ndash be a JIRA ninja! Manage projects smoothly to operations and support resolution of technical issues Build a world-class client operations team, servicing multiple clients across the US Collaborate with our Product team to create a direct feedback loop from our customers Support opportunities for organic account growth through working closely with our BD team Travel regularly to key markets including CO, MA, WA, and CA What yoursquoll need 5+ years in supply chain management, or other related experience Strong program management skills, PMP certification preferred Proven experience in large-scale digitalsoftware projects for enterprise customers Sound knowledge of new technology design, development, and marketing BABS degree or equivalent Ability to organize work with little day-to-day direction Flexibility in response to changing circumstances Team player attitude and excellent communication skills A can-do, roll-up- your- sleeves attitude Passion for your work and a sense of humor Strong business acumen and ability to articulate to a variety of stakeholders Whatrsquos in it for you?
