If so, lets talk.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesIBM Research is looking for a Digital Strategy and Analytics Lead to analyze and optimize our digital presence. We're looking for a data-driven person who can work with multiple stakeholders to develop the KPIs to access the performance of our content. You'll create reports to identify where we can improve online, which SEO battles we should be winning, and develop a plan to improve organic search rankings. You'll be able to answer the questions we throw at you, and be able to help us prioritize what should be our most pressing strategic needs. The ideal candidate will be someone steeped in online content marketing, audience development, and the tools for measuring impact across the web. You're the sort of person who knows all the technical jargon, but doesn't rely on it to communicate your findings to teammates. You can cut through vanity metrics and can explain the difference between quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. You're on top of the best practices and industry standards, and will be able to manage the analytics tools and platforms for the organization, as well as identify and implement new tools as needed.IBM Research's digital presence is the centerpiece for communicating the organization's technical achievements and breakthroughs - from some of the most powerful quantum computers ever made, to the smallest processors in the world and trusted AI systems. The content we produce takes a variety of forms, from peer-reviewed research publications to interactive demos, explainer videos, researcher profiles, and technical narratives. We'll be looking to you to track the performance of all the different types of content we produce, and regularly audit our work to optimize its performance.
