Digital Product Manager Atlanta, Richmond, Norfolk, Mason, Indianapolis, and Chicago The Digital Product Manager is responsible for providing the IT deliverance and roadmaps behind Anthem's blockchain product development and its integrations across all lines of business by collaborating with our business partners across the organization, executing on the highest value initiatives, developing and presenting the business cases around them, and ensure that our offshore teams are correctly structured to create coding needed for the solutions. This is an execution focused role for someone who is skilled at breaking down complex problems to their root causes, managing priorities, projects, and stakeholders to deliver elegant and effective solution concepts. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: + Responsible for applying project management, agile principles, and quality/testing knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project and testing deliverables, processes, and systems + Understand the following technical areas: Market problem definition • Distinctive competence • Roadmapping • Build, buy, partner analysis • Backlog maintenance/management • Requirements definition • Project management, coordination • Clinical programs operations or design experience, any scale • User experience, persona development, prototyping + Develop solution strategy and roadmaps; Adept at managing timelines, presenting and communicating progress + Track outcomes and manage activities and program performance in accordance with budget and strategic direction + Drive alignment around the data platform strategy and solution design with key stakeholders in product, development, sales, partnerships, and customer teams + Translate product and platform strategy to execution by writing detailed feature and user stories for the development team + Collaborate with PM and Dev leaders to scope, architect and design product and platform solutions that solve for client and patient objectives within constraints + Oversees definition, development and implementation of metrics to report and monitor progress against goals and ensures plan supports strategy milestone deliverables + Own multiple work functions/applications or major projects/programs with broad scope and strategic business impact + Work collaboratively with a cross-functional structure and collaborate with a high-performance team + Track outcomes and manage activities and program performance in accordance with budget and strategic direction Qualifications Requires a BA/BS degree; 7-10 years of leadership/management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. + MBA or Masters preferred.
