IBM is looking for high caliber consultants to lead the growth of our Cognitive Process Services (CPS) business into strategic accounts. DPTCs will identify opportunities for our digitally enabled BPO services, cultivate them into deals, and help Lead Account Partners close the deals.
+ Prospect, develop and qualify new business
+ Work with Account Teams in our key clients to understand our client imperatives and paint points to develop solution opportunities using our CPS offerings and capabilities
+ Cultivate the opportunities into proposals by obtaining data and information from the client to build relevant value propositions for the C-Suite
+ Provide business analyst support in opportunity development
+ Engage with the client in a collaborative manner to further understand needs and cultivate opportunities
+ Assist in deploying the transformational components of deals sold
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
+ 7+ years in a consulting role, including but not limited to organizational change, business process management, systems implementation/conversions, enterprise risk and operational excellence
+ Exceptional project and change management skills in scoping, designing and delivering business and IT transformational activities
+ Strong storytelling and strategic communication skills (written and oral)
+ Experience in deal pursuits
+ Bachelor?s degree required, Master?s degree preferred
+ Understanding of emerging technologies including Blockchain, automation and AI; specifically, the application of these technologies within business processes to generate value for clients
+ Preferably some experience in developing business processes in HR, Procurement or Finance.
