Uphold Inc is searching for a Performance Marketing Manager, who will design, execute and report on multi-channel digital marketing campaigns for our fast growing consumer fintech business. Reporting directly to the CMO, this role will be an exciting and key part of Uphold's growth strategy.

Uphold's Digital Money Platform has experienced extraordinary accelerated user acquisition thanks to its easy-to-use wallet, access to cryptocurrencies and traditional banking systems. Yet, to date, we have made minimal digital marketing/growth efforts. Placed at the center cryptocurrency, digital money and consumer fintech explosion, this role is a strong career opportunity for any talented growth marketer.

The ideal candidate is a digital growth expert, with a proven track record scaling SaaS or transactional digital consumer products. The role requires creative thinking, deep technical marketing knowledge and hands on execution as well as vendor management. The successful candidate will also demonstrate strong planning and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will assist in the creation of general growth strategy, selection and management of vendors, measurement and tracking and general hands-on campaign management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research: perform keyword and competitive analysis.
  • Strategic Planning: assist in campaign budgeting and CPA guidance.
  • Creative Content Creation: write copy and oversee asset design. Show clear ROI.
  • Media: SEM, Appstore, email, display, remarketing, referral, affiliate social channels et al.
  • Campaign Reporting: careful oversight of performance on each campaign from CPM/Impressions through acquisition funnel.
  • Dashboard and KPIs: collaborate on KPIs design and validation.
  • User Attribution: ensure all sources are attributed into google analytics and other reporting tools to show channel by channel CPA and ROI.
  • A/B Testing and Landing Pages: continuously A/B test and optimize the Uphold acquisition funnel.
  • Referral and Affiliate Marketing: develop referral and affiliate campaigns.
  • Campaign Execution and Oversight: hands on day-to-day campaign management.
  • Vendor/Agency Management: assist in selection as well as executional coordination and oversight of third party vendors.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

  • At Least 5 years digital performance marketing experience in house or agency based.
  • Consumer focused products / services.
  • B2C Digital Products.
  • Fluent written and verbal English.
  • Digital Marketing Tools: Must have hands on experience with the following (or equivalent) Google Adwords, Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, AHFREFS, SEMRush, VWO/Optimizely, DoubleClick/DART/DFP, Programmatic Platforms.
  • Proven CPA and ROI results.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics or other.
  • Knowledge of retail banking / consumer finance / cryptocurrencies.
  • Native + Web App Product Marketing and Lifecycles.
