EXL's Finance Transformation practice focuses on 5 key areas, including, Finance Organizational Design, Process Optimization, Finance Systems Advisory, Compliance & Assurance, and Accounting Advisory Services.

EXL Consulting Finance Transformation team is seeking to hire an exprienced Digital Auditor to join their team.

Responsibilities

Project Responsibilities:

  • Lead and/or support project teams engaged in the successful delivery of a wide range of Digital Finance initiatives aligning finance with business strategy in support of the broader organization's future vision
  • Help develop Digital Finance strategies by assessing a client's business challenges/needs/gaps, diagnosing the root problems and recommending an approach leveraging EXL's proprietary tools
  • Create strategies and blueprints that define end-to-end finance processes (e.g., Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report) and harness the power of robotic process automation, machine learning, and/or artificial intelligence to accelerate
  • transaction processing.
  • Partner with client and EXL project team to blueprint and design end-to-end Cloud ERP and Enterprise Value business solutions for our clients to transform the Finance function
  • Work with leadership to develop a finance application roadmap and strategy that helps companies implement digital technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, compliance, and to capture new revenue opportunities (e.g., Robotics,
  • blockchain technology, Fin Tech etc…)
  • Identify and support business development initiatives; participate in and lead all aspects of the proposal development process
  • Maintain an understanding of advancements in technology and innovations which are happening across digital, analytics, the CFO ecosystem, and broader marketplace
  • General Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute client engagements, including scoping/budgeting/resourcing, coordinating and controlling project activities
  • Maintaining strong client relationships
  • Manage team members, their career path
  • Responsible for hiring professionals in the US and India
  • Demonstrate deep technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge. Possess in-depth business acumen. Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge.
  • Qualifications

  • Masters\Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
  • 8+ years experience in data analytics, preferably in Insurance
  • Good understanding of the Finance function, operating models and supporting organization structures, and process best practices
  • Atleast 3+ years of working knowledge and expertise in analytics, forecasting, and Finance technologies (process, planning analytics, core Financial). Implementing finance, accounting, planning, forecasting, reporting solutions
  • Experience with other Finance technologies such as Anaplan, Cognos, Hyperion, OBIEE, Tableau, Fusion, etc. desirable. ERP technology understanding (SAP / Oracle / Workday)
  • Experience in BI tools like Qlikview, Tableau etc. would be an advantage
  • Strong experience in MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and first rate interpersonal skills at all levels
  • Ability to communicate with different levels - Administrators to Senior Management - in different departments - IT, business, Internal Audit, etc
  • Ability to deliver work within tight timescales, to budget and to a high quality
  • Excellent team player but also excelling in working on own initiative
  • Consulting experience required
  • Willingness and ability to travel
