Role Data Engineer Location Denver, CO Required SkillsExperience Bachelorrsquos degree in MIS or Quantitative Disciplines (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering) Experience in Data Analytics Data Quality Data Cleansing Superior quantitative and analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and a passion for achieving practical business impact Strong diagnosticdebugging skills Technical reporting development skills ETL-specific experience helpful Experienced user of Microsoft Office products (Outlook 365, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Expert skill level in Excel Experience with SQL is a must Cognos, Spotfire, Power BI skills helpful Ability to translate business requirements into reporting requirements High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large scale databases. Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases. Strong interpersonal skills including confidence in dealing with people at all levels of the organization, ability to manage intake, and present insights High-level written and verbal communication skills. High level of initiative, self-direction and accountability for actions Excellent time management and planning skills are essential Ability to retain and protect confidential material Ability to work with a cross-functional team and follow an analysis process Adaptive to a changing and fast-paced, teamwork environment while maintaining composure and a positive attitude.
