At Cisco, we are building the world's best Customer Experience (CX) Team to drive our performance for today while we accelerate the company transition to a recurring revenue software and services-centric model. To successfully "Perform and Transform," we are working closely with our partners to establish and evolve industry-leading customer success practices, while they also drive today's services business.
We are looking for an excellent Partner Strategy Program Manager to help sustain and drive the growth of our current CX (services) Portfolio with our Partners. Our team will set the strategy and interlock globally across the CX product management, global partner organization, regional partner organizations, offer development, and Go to Market.
You will influence executives, be the lead partner voice inside CX to drive complex decisions, facilitate the execution of your strategy, and be a trusted business advisor to Cisco CX Product Management leadership. This role will allow you to accelerate the growth of our current CX (services) offers while helping the partners to move towards lifecycle practices.
In this strategic role, you will drive strategic imperatives/ projects. Projects may include:
• Service offer creation with our Partners
• Production of the Partner strategy for our existing services portfolio
• Driving consistent CX agenda and narrative across Cisco
• Monitor customer, partner, sales, delivery feedback, and critical metrics to continuously improve business performance.
For each project, you will work to
• Understand the business, stakeholder, and partner requirements/ strategic imperatives.
• Outline objectives, expected outcomes/ deliverables and impact from the project
• Synthesize your findings and providing valuable data-backed insights for the leadership
• Test/pilot strategy/ Set execution plans with select partners globally
• Taking accountability for the realization of the project through the company and partner wide adoption
Who You'll Work With
When you work with us, you'll regularly influence our CX Leadership Team (including portfolio and partner management), enabling them and our Partner Executives to make active and informed decisions to ensure performance of current portfolio is sustained and growing. You'll build a strong network of cross-functional relationships across CX and Cisco to help our business grow profitably. Who You Are
With combined 5+ years of experience in services and/or partner product or account management, the ideal candidate will have a very strong working knowledge of Cisco's current services offers and its partner ecosystem. The candidate should have demonstrated abilities to deliver strong outcomes in their previous roles.
This position requires an individual with outstanding oral and written communication skills, as well as being a highly organized self-starter, and the ability to work cross functionally throughout the entire Cisco organization.
In addition, the individual must be extremely organized, yet comfortable in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment. High energy, "roll-up your sleeves" attitude and commitment to success are an imperative. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and multi-cultural business environment and you can work with a range of sensitive and confidential issues. You will simplify complex issues while designing process improvement activities and initiatives.
