The Customer Success Specialist role at Supply Chain Wizard offers a unique opportunity to be a part of a high-impact team, solving complex problems and optimizing the customer experience. The Role As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for the whole customer experience for our 'Software as a Service' products. We take an innovative and challenging approach to Customer Success. Instead of providing a conventional type of support, the Customer Success Team at SCW leverages BI dashboards, IoT devices, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning to monitor and predict potential issues and provide proactive and preventive support. Therefore, this role requires a "can do", "can learn", "can support" attitude. We are looking for an energetic Customer Success Specialist, who will Continuously monitor client status to ensure issue-free usage of the products. Understand business challenges and cases, directly solve problems or translate them into internal mechanisms to resolve problems. Be proactive in identifying issues and cases on behalf of clients to maximize the value they get out of our products. Advocate client requirements among internal teams and support internal product development lifecycle. Create and organize documentation to maintain a knowledge base, user manuals and training materials. Prepare and present periodic business reports Desired Skills and Experience The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, e.g. Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering. Excellent communication skills in English Exceptionally good writing skills Strong organizational and detail oriented analytical problem-solving skills Proficiency in BI Tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Previous experience with software product support is a plus Knowledge of programming and scripting languages (e.g. Python and/or R) for modelling, automated reporting and data visualization is a plus. Experience with database query languages like SQL is a plus. Additional language skills in German, Portuguese, Dutch is a plus.
