Basic Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Administration of Justice, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement or related field or the equivalent is required plus a minimum of 5 years relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years relevant experience. General Dynamics experience is strongly preferred. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance is required within a reasonable period of time. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

This will include participating in the administration and coordination of one or more security programs and activities, conducting security briefings, maintaining security education programs and planning for new security programs, and providing protective and counterintelligence support to international business travelers. Your leadership skills and ability to partner with government agencies will contribute to a robust counterintelligence and insider threat detection program.The successful candidate should possess the following attributes and will perform the following duties:Ability to apply critical thinking and use investigative mindset to comprehensively conduct technical CI reviews, evaluations, and assessment of technology solutionsAbility to present findings and recommendations in written reports that are concise, well-structured, and require minimal editingAbility to translate highly technical and complex issues into comprehensible terms and concepts for decision makersUse analytics to pinpoint and prioritize threats found amongst large amounts of sensitive data from disparate data sources. In addition, focus will also be placed on effectively identifying and implementing improvements to detection capabilities as well as existing mission workflows.Possess a firm understanding of counterintelligence principles and objectives. Proficiency using analytic tools and a working knowledge of how they may apply to the counterintelligence and insider threat detection mission.Support the company CI program focused on external and internal threats to include performing program risk assessments, conducting investigations and liaison with U.S Government agency partners.Assist in the International Security program for foreign travel.
