Compliance Program ManagerThis role will be responsible for the management and evolution of our strategic partner compliance program. You will lead the implementation and execution, as well the evolution of the program through use of analytics, feedback, best practices and industry standards. This will include working cross-functionally with other compliance related organizations, including Brand Protection and Legal, to support Cisco's compliance focus. Responsibilities also include managing the relationship and all process aspects with the 3rd party auditing firm. Key Responsibilities: · Deliver world-class support to Cisco's global partner organization and other cross-functional groups by efficiently managing the partner compliance program and processes within the context of established Cisco Policy and Procedures. · Lead the pilot phase and then ensuing rollout of a new Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption authorization process initially focused on high-risk areas. · Manage the relationship with key stakeholders around the feedback, proposed changes and evolution of this initiative. · Create and present key communications around status and metrics to stakeholders and leadership. · Maintain governance and ownership of systems and tools used to support Cisco's channel compliance program. · Assist/Advise in project management support of other initiatives within Cisco's Partner Program Team and the broader Global Partner Organization. · Liaise with and manage direct partner policy-related and due diligence-related communications with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors. · Coordinate metrics and analytics of the partner data for compliance purposes. · Collaborate effectively with the Program Compliance & Transformation team and broader teams within GPO, Legal, Finance and Regions.Who You Will Work With: The Global Partner Integrity team is responsible for supporting Cisco's channel anti-corruption compliance strategy and partner due diligence initiatives across Cisco and its subsidiaries. We are a highly collaborative, critical thinking, results-driven team. We work closely with one another and with our stakeholders in the Global Partner Organization, the regions across the global, Legal, Brand Protection and beyond to ensure Cisco's compliance strategy.Who You Are:You enjoy a fast-changing environment with little direction, thinking independently. These skills include strategic thought leadership and planning, program management, business expertise and acumen, operations and financial acumen. You should possess strong analytical, writing and communications skills, and have experience in the compliance or legal/regulatory fields as well as demonstrated success in driving operational efficiency and simplification. You understand the balance of risk and business enablement within the compliance context.Our Minimum Requirements for this Role: 5-+years of meaningful experience in a Partner facing, Compliance management or strategy roleDeep understanding of compliance related processesMBA or relevant experience in a management role or other business experience in lieu of an MBAStrong writing, analytical and financial skills to work on complex business issues with minimum supervisionProven ability to work with varying levels of an organization; including senior leaders, executives and across various global culturesAttention to detail and ability to execute against tight timelines across multiple projectsStrong operational and organizational skillsStrong multi-functional influencing, communication and facilitation skillsStrong analytical skills including the ability to package data in insightful and meaningful ways to executivesProficiency in the Microsoft Suite of products, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as BOX, Sharepoint and other document collaboration tools.
