Commercial Leasing / Support Specialist Job Description

About LeasePilot. LeasePilot is a high-growth, venture-backed startup that has built a commercial lease automation platform for industrial, office and retail owners. Today we are all about taking a frustratingly inefficient process and making it faster, easier and cheaper. But that's only step one. Ultimately, LeasePilot is a data company and we are creating a suite of products that leverage the transactional data we are collecting to reshape the way transactions are negotiated, whether in the real estate industry, banking or otherwise. From pegging a lease to the blockchain so certain workflows are automatically initiated, to developing learning algorithms to predict negotiated outcomes based on prior transactions, we are doing it. And that's why we need you.

Who we are looking for. A high-energy, driven individual looking to be a part of a company changing the real estate industry. A commercial real estate leasing expert. Someone excited about joining a high-performance team that places a premium on creativity, innovation and speed.

Job Description. The Implementation Support Specialist will have responsibility on a day-to-day basis for the following:

  • Customer service ticket intake, coordination, and completion. Service tickets can include, but are not limited to, requests to update customer's lease forms and/or language in LeasePilot, adding additional assets to the platform, and troubleshooting lease revisions.
  • Serve as the first and main point of contact for customers who submit service requests into LeasePilot. Responsiveness to our customer's service tickets, and focused solutions, are essential to their customer experience.

Qualifications.

  • At least 5 years of lease administration experience, gained either in-house or at a law firm
  • Solid foundation of commercial real estate leasing knowledge (e.g., drafting, basic negotiation, and grasp of leasing concepts)
  • Ability, willingness, and curiosity to learn technologies and practices, such as a proprietary markup language
  • Exemplary communication skills
  • Ability to thrive and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Compensation.

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
  • Health (BBS) and dental (Delta) premiums 100% covered by the company
  • 401k & flex spending accounts
  • Unlimited PTO
