Client Partner New York, NY Remote Full Time ROLE SUMMARY Client Partner is a Techno-commercial expert, capable of acting as a Technology Consultant, conducting conversations at the highest levels within a client organization, demonstrating thought leadership and driving strategic value of the client as a trusted and indispensable partner. You will be working with most forward-thinking and multi-disciplined teams across engineering services, managing complex relationships to deliver value for both TVS Next and our Clients. This leadership position requires an executive presence, a sharp agile intellect, creative flexibility, boundless energy, and optimism. It requires devil-is-in-the-details precision as well as top-of-the- mountain panoramic vision. The individual must possess the leadership and organizational abilities to lead the client engagement through rapid growth, striking the right balance between process and execution while remaining nimble and responsive. The role also demands an individual with keen interpersonal intelligence capable of building and sustaining strong relationships within TVS Next and among its customers, alliances and partners. You will be responsible for aligning client engagement and services aspects of the company with client market expectations and to assist Executive Leadership Team in the successful growth of the company. WHAT YOU WILL DO New Business Development Will be responsible for bringing in new business and carry individual revenue target Will be responsible for driving new account wins and new revenue Define a compelling proposition and vision for each sales opportunity Build and nurture relationships within the new accounts Work closely with Client engagement team (e.g. Engineering leaders, partners, practitioners and other business development professionals) to develop strategies and tactics that drive targeting programs and win business Technology ConsultingEvangelization Drive mutual understanding of TVS Nextrsquos unique and transformational digital engineering capabilities and evangelize how those capabilities create long-term value for the customer across various customer business units amp organizations (Microservices, Serverless Architectures, Blockchain, RPA, Data Engineering amp AI) Creative problem-solving, including the ability to understand the impact of technical changes and to articulate high-level technical solutions to address business problems Build and leverage relationships within TVS Next to solve very complex customer problems, including working with architectural teams to enhance solutions Be the central client point of contact throughout the life of the engagement, beginning during presales with engagement scoping interacting with all levels of the customer organization and within TVS Next Help customer understand TVS Nextrsquos capabilities and the transformative power of digitization across its customerrsquos lifecycle Partner with customer to understand their business objectives and requirements and deliverin the context of a statement of work Leadership Elevate and encourage your team through caring, effective leadership Maintain solid governance, communication and change management with customer teams and internal TVS Next teams Continually manage customer expectations, manage scope, and identifymitigate risks Achieve revenue targets and customer satisfaction through successful client engagement practices and realization of key business objectives and metrics People leader with ability to lead and inspire teams across sales process for specified region Provide insight to the business on market trends affecting clients ACCOUNTABILITIES Your performance will be measured in the following ways Growth in revenue, on-boarding new clients and expanding existing accounts Improving Client experience across customer life cycle Strategizing and penetrating into key accounts (Aligning to TVS Nextrsquos vision) Building and evangelizing compelling value propositions to clients (Presentations, Proposals amp Solutions) Contribution to building the brand (Marketing, Thought leadership, Assets) Regards, Deena
