We are looking for a Client Partner Account Manager to join us. ROLE SUMMARY Client Partner is a Techno-commercial expert, capable of acting as a Technology Consultant, conducting conversations at the highest levels within a client organization, demonstrating thought leadership and driving strategic value of the client as a trusted and indispensable partner. You will be working with most forward-thinking and multi-disciplined teams across engineering services, managing complex relationships to deliver value for both TVS Next and our Clients. WHAT YOU WILL DO New Business Development Will be responsible for bringing in new business and carry individual revenue target Will be responsible for driving new account wins and new revenue Define a compelling proposition and vision for each sales opportunity Build and nurture relationships within the Accounts Work closely with Client engagement team (e.g. Engineering leaders, partners, practitioners and other business development professionals) to develop strategies and tactics that drive targeting programs and win business. Technology ConsultingEvangelization Drive mutual understanding of TVS Next s unique and transformational digital engineering capabilities and evangelize how those capabilities create long-term value for the customer across various customer business units organizations(Microservices, Serverless Architectures, Blockchain, RPA, Data Engineering AI) Creative problem-solving, including the ability to understand the impact of technical changes and to articulate high-level technical solutions to address business problems Build and leverage relationships within TVS Next to solve very complex customer problems. Leadership Elevate and encourage your team through caring, effective leadership Maintain solid governance, communication and change management with customer teams and internal TVS Next teams Continually manage customer expectations, manage scope, and identifymitigate risks Achieve revenue targets and customer satisfaction through successful client engagement practices and realization of key business objectives and metrics People leader with ability to lead and inspire teams across sales process for specified region Provide insight to the business on market trends affecting clients.
