What You'll Do

You will be a part of the Cisco Customer and Seller Experience IT team responsible for supporting our global Salesforce and Customer Success teams. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the capabilities and requirements for pipeline and opportunity management for services and software renewals, a rapidly growing transformational part of Cisco's business. You will also support the overall portfolio management process by ensuring there are roadmaps and a solution architecture that provides a connected end to end set of capabilities for Sales and Customer Success.

You'll collaborate with Product Owners, Other Architects, Tech Leads, Scrum Masters, Analysts and global delivery teams within the organization, and across several functions in Cisco.

Who You Are

You are self-motivated, resourceful, and will play a critical role in driving capabilities that support Cisco's evolving business models - SaaS/Service. Minimum requirements include:

  • 15 years of relevant work experience
  • BS in Computer Science (or related field)
  • Experience in product ownership and program management
  • Extensive hands-on experience in solution architecture
  • Develops and implements policies, procedures, and processes to ensure those capability solutions and roadmaps support the organization's business outcomes, requirements and meet the needs of end-users.
  • Lead planning and roadmap sessions
  • A track record of leading multiple programs and/or medium or large functional teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
  • Deep understanding of Agile and DevSecOps practices and toolsets
  • Ability to drive organization-wide change, inspired by significant, innovative ideas
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred
  • Positive attitude
