Key Points of the role:

  • Must have a strong background in meeting milestones, managing budgets, creating processes , working with business requirement docs.
  • Company has to be GDP compliant. Looking for someone who ideally has a background that has been from a more unstructured environment and has help create structure.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in a true business project manager role with not more than 7 to 10 years overall.
  • Strong business requirements planning.
  • Ideally from finance technology or FinTech - industry that uses technology to improve activities in finance. The use of smartphones for mobile banking, investing services and cryptocurrency are examples of technologies aiming to make financial services more accessible to the general public.
  • PMP preferred


SUMMARY: The Operations team is responsible for cross-functional operational excellence. This team manages non-IT projects that span more than two functional teams, and greater than one client. Operations also identifies areas of the organization where process and controls are needed for client execution and to scale the business.

Business Project Manager is responsible for executing and delivering projects within scope and budget for high quality solutions. This individual will be responsible for securing resources, managing cross functional stakeholders, and overseeing the life cycle of the project across multiple departments.This position will report directly to COO and have high visibility in a growing organization.

Implementing new inventory management procedures is a project.
Rolling out a new performance appraisal process is a project.
Market research is a project. Year-end accounting is a project.
Organizing a sales conference is a project.
