If so, lets talk.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs part of the tool set provided to the workforce, our team, within the broader CIO mission, provides mobile services and devices to employees. We call that our 'corporate mobile service plan,' or 'CMSP' for short. Delivering CMSP spans various responsibilities from understanding the mobile needs of the workforce, understanding mobile industry trends and opportunities to drive value for the enterprise, negotiating with mobile operators, provisioning services to the workforce, and managing the program end-to-end, across planning, delivery, controls, financials, supplier relationship management and end user satisfaction.In this role, you'll work with others in the CIO organization, Procurement, Finance, Legal, HR, other CMSP managers, product owners, and third-party suppliers.Together with the global team, you'll influence CMSP strategy, and, with a subset of the team, you'll manage the operational delivery of CMSP for Latin America.**Job Responsibilities:**+ Sourcing mobile services and devices, in partnership with Procurement, to deliver high value services to the IBM workforce at competitive cost within the market+ Managing the relationship with suppliers, including identification of opportunities for enhanced services, supplier performance management, and supplier delivery issue management+ Provisioning mobile services and devices, including refresh of devices and rolling out new service plans+ Financial management, including planning for device upgrades and interlocking the business model and cost with Finance, review of supplier invoices, maintaining a view of financial obligations, managing bonuses, credits and billing disputes+ End user support, including resolution of end user inquiries and mobile requests, escalations, and developing plans for user-focused program enhancements. Delivery of excellent user experience+ Project implementation, including pilots of new services, working with suppliers on their plans for delivering in-building coverage solutions, bulk boarding of users onto CMSP as part of acquisitions, and bulk off boarding as part of divestitures, compliance with regulation and IBM policy+ Maintain business controls of the mobile landscape (data accuracy, invoicing, and payment accuracy and timeliness, etc.)Required Technical and Professional Expertise+ 2 plus years' program management experience+ 3 rd party relationship management+ End user support / customer service+ Agile practices+ Fluent Spanish (needed to support Latin America)Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise+ Bachelor or Masters' Degree+ Experience in the mobile industry+ Experience in the telecom expense management industry+ Contract negotiation experience+ Fluent PortugueseAbout Business UnitThe Office of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) owns IBM's IT strategy and provides the tools, workstations, devices, and infrastructure that IBMers use to do their jobs every day.
