ATM Technical Support Specialist 1 - minimum of one year of FLM and SLM experience

ATM Technical Support Specialist 2 - minimum of 2-4 years of FLM and SLM experience

ATM Technical Support Specialist 3 - minimum of 5+ years FLM and SLM experience

Primary Role:

The role of the ATM Technical Support Specialist is to ensure optimal uptime of our ATM fleet through our internal ATM software platform, providing troubleshooting support to customers and/or field technicians, opening and monitoring service calls, and assessment of preventative maintenance as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled daily reviews of our ATM software management platform for offline ATMs, validator and printer jams, and other maintenance needs.
  • This will primarily be a phone support role with some field support
  • Review internal notifications from the customer service team to underpin troubleshooting and/or dispatch a field technician.
  • Open and manage service calls to completion within the same day or 2-day turnaround for resolution depending equipment/part requirements.
  • Review and assess ATM camera angles on a bi-weekly basis to ensure customer images are captured in accordance with government regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Review ATM performance for chronic performance issues, perform root cause analysis to restore ATM to optimal uptime.
  • Manage the ATM installation(s) process in accordance with company standard operating procedures and providing internal customer service support to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Liaison with customers as needed to maintain the business partnership and mitigate escalations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year in a ATM technical service role either in a field or call center environment.
  • Intermediate level knowledge in Kaba Mas locks.
  • Demonstrated intermediate level or higher understanding of Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
  • A basic understanding of cryptocurrency.
  • Strong, professional communications skills both orally and written.
