We have an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding Financial Services startup as an Implementation Specialist.
The role of the Implementation Specialist is to manage the ATM installation(s) in accordance with the roll out schedule and standard operating procedures in addition to providing internal customer service to both our sales and marketing team to ensure customer and end user satisfaction.
Responsibilities: • Manage implementation process from start to finish in alignment with the company's standard operating procedure. • Schedule ATM installations in adherence to the rollout schedule, identify risks that may cause schedule delays, and seek resolution to mitigate or eliminate the delays. • Manage ATM orders and inventory in alignment with the installation schedule. • Coordinate Kaba Mas lock initialization meets with armored carriers in conjunction of the installation date. • Provide support to armored carriers while on site to make sure that armored they are able to initialize on to the Kaba Mas Lock and service the ATM(s). • Manage new ATM key disbursement process with armored carriers, service providers, and retail locations as applicable.. Confirm that remaining keys are returned to the office and secured into the key management inventory. • Collaborate with both the sales and marketing team to identify risks, special needs, etc to advocate timely and efficient installations.
Requirements: • A minimum of three years experience planning and executing ATM installations. Experience with large implementation roll outs of 250 ATMs or more a plus. • Intermediate to SME level knowledge in Kaba Mas locks. • Confirmed skill set for risk planning and mitigation. • Intermediate level or higher knowledge and understanding of using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheet. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high priority tasks and shift priorities in a fast paced environment. • Strong, professional communications skills both orally and written. • A basic understanding of cryptocurrency
