Covering the spectrum of Corporate Functions (HR, Legal, EO, RESO, Marketing/Comms, CIO, Global Procurement/Logistics, Finance/Top), these teams get wide exposure to the innerworkings of our business.The Shared Services Associate Business Planning Analyst is considered a key player in driving the success of our company and is a strategic financial advisor to the business. In our teams, we promote innovative thinking, provide opportunities for training and skills development, support for integration into our organization and we put high focus on people development & career planning. In this position, you will collaborate with a wide range of finance and operations focals and will gain valuable insight into the business.**What you will do:**+ Support the business leadership team with analyses of Shared Services spending+ Drive innovation within our global financial processes to create measurable value+ Prepare reports for management and business units, highlighting performance gaps vs budget/forecast+ Plan and control expenses across the Function+ Resource tracking+ Act as trusted business advisor by delivering clear messages & alternatives for business decisions and demonstrating ownership and business knowledgeWhat we expect from you:+ Intermediate English language+ Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel (knowledge of Pivot tables/VLOOKUP is an advantage)+ Good analytical skills and problem-solving approach+ Detail oriented with strong organizational skills+ Strong communication skills+ Team playerRequired Technical and Professional Expertise+ Strong Communication Skills+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Office Suite+ Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or BusinessPreferred Technical and Professional Expertise+ Prior IBM Co-op experienceAbout Business UnitThe IBM Finance organization is responsible for driving enterprise performance and transformation.
