The Chief Operating Office Risk team is looking for top talent to help bring them into the future. The team is enabling a self-service capability platform which will transform the way their associates will focus their responsibilities in support of risk control activities. The primary focus of the team is to drive Risk management strategies including awareness, education, and quality assurance activities.

This role will analyze trends in portfolio, complete qualitative assessments of task deliverables and identify root cause, furnishing recommendations to drive process simplification and risk reduction.

Responsibilities:

+ Provide analytical support in execution of risk control deliverables across technology portfolio.

+ Gather and organize data in order to monitor and test effectiveness of key controls and status of mitigation and action plans.

+ Prepare documentation for the tracking, monitoring and escalation of risk related issues to management.

+ Act as an ambassador of a strong risk culture.

**Required Skills:**

+ 3-5 years of relevant work experience in an analyst type position

+ Proven ability to synthesize information, interpret data, and drive root cause and recommendations to solve business problems

+ Proven ability to understand and to evaluate market trends and relate it back to our environment

+ Capable of analyzing, simplifying and expressing complex problems quickly

+ Strong collaboration and partnering skills with ability to positively influence and motivate teams

+ Ability to work in a highly visible and fast-paced environment, where business needs/priorities may change and path forward is not always defined

+ Strategic thinker, self-starter, organized, versatile, and capable of performing work with minimal management oversight

+ Demonstrated ability to continuously improve processes

+ Ability to connect dots and not work in a silo, understanding the impacts of the work that is done and how it can tie into other areas within the team and across Global Technology & Operations

+ Bachelor's and/or Master?s degree strongly preferred

+ MS Office skills including advanced Excel and PowerPoint.

_Enterprise Role Overview:_

Provide analytical support in executing internal control discipline and operational excellence within a LOB/ECF. Gather and organize data in order to monitor and test the effectiveness of key controls and status of mitigation and action plans. Prepare documentation for the tracking, monitoring, and escalation of risk related issues to management. Acts as an ambassador of the risk culture. Incumbents typically have over 5+ years of risk management and/or LOB/ECF experience. May manage staff.
