Job Description


Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field and is required plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree in engineering or a related technical field plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. As the Deputy Member of our technical staff, you'll apply advanced principles of engineering and management to solve complex problems in the development of technology. As a leader, you'll oversee and manage design and development processes as they relate to the engineering of products utilizing principles and technology of physics, mathematics, engineering, and related physical sciences. What you bring to the table:

  • A Bachelor's in engineering or a related technical field and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience

  • Outstanding leadership skills

  • Ability to optimize all phases of work including requirements management, modeling and simulation, risk analysis and formal trade study tools

Preferred Experience




  • Architecting and designing security aspects of enterprise computing systems

  • Experience with the RMF process

  • Working knowledge of security software to include HBSS or equivalent

  • Working knowledge of Vulnerability Analysis/remediation/management: IAVA and STIG application/analysis

  • Experience with ACAS

  • Ability to communicate mitigation strategies with Development teams

  • Experience with Databases

  • Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Powershell, etc.)

  • Familiar with Agile development and processes


Required Qualifications



  • TS//SCI security clearance (minimum)

  • IAT Level III certification
