Compute North is looking for an Enterprise, Account Executive (AE) to establish long-term, trusting relationships with new prospects & existing customers. The Enterprise, Account Executive's role is to initiate/generate prospect relationships, oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, and develop additional business from existing clients.The Enterprise, Account Executive works directly with the Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance teams, helping to hit and exceed monthly customer retention and revenue goals. This role is vital for helping establish rapport, trust and active engagement for new prospects and existing customer deals through the sales funnel. Individuals in this role will be responsible for net-new clients (new business quota), helping with account expansion through upsell and cross-sell activities (existing business quota), and customer retention (retainment quota); travel will be required.Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and a data-driven approach to prospect/customer analysis, plus a flair for client communication and understanding consumer behavior, are the key barometers for this role. Ideally, candidates will know how to meet ambitious individual and team-wide sales goals.Primary responsibilities include:Prospecting Net-new pipeline generation and meeting/exceeding ongoing new business quota(s) for Opportunities/Deals within Compute North's Enterprise (ENT) segment.Customer Success Serve as the lead point of contact for Enterprise (ENT) customer account management matters; ongoing customer upsell and cross-sell quota(s)Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsFacilitate quarterly or semi-annual customer business reviews (based on client size)Achieve and exceed company expectations for customer satisfaction and support/sales Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metricsUnderstand and utilize numerous communication channels including online chat, social media and internal company systemsAssist with channel partner update calls and deal flow as requiredPrepare and send contracts, proposals and quotes for prospects and customer accountsCollaborate with Operations ensuring customer centric onboarding process; liaison with Operations team regarding customer placements, availability, and maximizing revenueHelp troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts and other related issuesMaintain CRM and supporting system data hygieneManage prospect/customer contract renewal tracking and reportingManage customer pause requests and reactivationOther tasks and projects as assigned by Manager/VPRequirements:5+ years IT or high-tech industry experience in sales or account management roleDemonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-levelExperience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)Proven ability to manage Enterprise-level sales pipeline of both prospect and customer opportunities while maintaining sharp attention to detailKnowledge of sales practices and the most efficient customer service techniquesKnowledge & Skills:Thrive in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment by balancing multiple deadline driven prioritiesStrong aptitude for learning new industries (Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, High Performance Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, etc.), purchasing requirements and internal company processResults-driven mentalityExceptional customer service, sales support, and face-to-face presentation skillsStrong sense of urgency and teamworkAbility to proactively identify issues, problem solve and identify efficiencies to improve operations/customer satisfactionProven ability to multi-task, prioritize work and meet rigorous deadlinesAble to provide on-going effective communication with colleagues, company team members, and management
