We're ForUsAll, a well-established San Francisco-based financial technology company that's expanding hard-working Americans' access to 401(k) plans. We just launched the Alt401(k) which allows employees to invest in cryptocurrency alongside traditional mutual funds. Founded by experts who transformed the 401(k) for Fortune 500 companies, we're backed by prominent venture capital and financial technology veterans who share our vision of bringing that expertise to small and mid-size companies.
As an Account Executive, you'll help educate clients on how we can immediately improve their 401k plan by offering investments employees care about, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and lowering the total fees charged to their employee retirement savings. You are provided with 100% lead flow from our internal sales team.
What is Expected From You:
Attend initial client exploration meetings via video conference, set up by our SDR team
Identify potential client pain points and help them understand the benefits of the ForUsAll services and platform
Research all relevant data on target companies before and during sales process to ensure a successful outcome
Continuously expand your financial acumen to ensure you are prepared for all potential client questions and are seen as a knowledge expert on 401k plans and financial products
Seamlessly transition potential clients to the Client Advisory and Operations team for implementation and long term support
Stay in touch with product team to know the pipeline and time horizon for product updates and improvements so these can be added to your sales process
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or other quantitative focus
5+ years of professional experience; 2+ years building sales pipeline, cold calling, ABM; 3+ years closing
Obtain a FINRA Series 65 or hold a prior investment advisor designation
Extremely comfortable on the phone and video conference
