ABOUT MADHIVE:MadHive is an end-to-end advertising solution that leverages cryptography, blockchain and AI to power modern media. MadHive's advertising suite provides tools for audience forecasting, precision targeting and activation, and cross-screen attribution against its proprietary OTT-first device graph. Customers include advertisers that leverage MadHive's next-generation cryptography to prevent fraud and increase margins, and broadcast giants that leverage the platform to power their digital TV offerings. Responsibilities:Build strategic relationships with radio and tv station groups in order to increase revenue through the adoption of MadHive's solutionsDevelop, manage, and grow revenue pipeline providing accurate weekly forecasting to commercial leadershipProspect and close new platform business within named account lists Be the voice of the customer; articulating needs internally and become a champion of understanding your customer's business needs and key initiativesDevelop innovative concepts for new business presentations that maximize sales opportunities Schedule, plan, prepare for, and pitch client presentationsLead the development of proposals in response to RFP/RFI'sProvide proactive, timely, day-to-day communication and superior customer service to MadHive's clientsRequirements4-7 years of programmatic, ad tech and/or SaaS sales experienceExperience at a DSP, exchange, ad server, online publisher, ad network, agency trading desk, or other online advertising roles preferredOTT/CTV experience preferredStrong quantitative skills and ability to negotiateSelf-starter / Hunter mentality - able to tackle new clients or territoriesAgile learner - able to rapidly grasp new technology and implication on market trendsExperience managing longer sales cycles with multiple partners.The Perks!MadHive is a dynamic, diverse, innovative and friendly place to work.
