Building Elite Blockchain Development Teams

Struggling to find the right candidate for your position?
Lean on us. We've been helping build elite technical teams for over 10 years.

Why are we Different?

We do a few things that help set us apart:

First, we are developers with long standing relationships with the people you're looking to hire.

Second, we work to truly understand your needs and apply a laser focus on the people who are right for the position. No need to sift through huge piles of tangentially related resumes.

Finally, we’re here to take pressure off your hiring manager (and to help them look good)--we put in the work you’d like to do, if you had the time.

Candidates Quickly

We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly go from learning what you need to bringing you qualified candidates. Most roles will see solid candidates within 2-3 weeks.

This partially depends on what role you’re trying to fill. If you’re looking for a left handed INTERCAL developer who also makes a mean gumbo, it might take us a while. Most roles, however, should see solid candidates coming in after 2-3 weeks.

We have filled every role from Junior Developer to Senior Manager. If you need a technical hire, we can find them. We love to discover those hard to find developers.

Smarts Working Hard

We focus on one thing: building great teams. And we’ve found that the best way to do that is to build relationships with skilled developers.

We use custom software and data to help support our skilled team of recruiters rather than replace them. We loathe generic spam, don’t waste the time of ill suited developers, and try to make the recruitment experience a positive one for both candidates and companies.

And because we work on an hourly model, we have no motivation to submit every free person who comes along in the hopes that one gets hired--we work to find the perfect candidates for every position from Junior Developer to Senior Manager.

Aligning Incentives

We charge on an hourly model. We’ve found this works out best for both developers and companies.

When you work based on a commission/bounty based model, there is an incentive to spam as many developers as possible in the hopes that some of them are free, and some of those might be hired. With an hourly model we can hand pick talented developers and properly screen them, making less work for you in the long run.

That said, we're pretty flexible to your needs. If you know and love a commission model, contact us and we can work something out.
